Do you speak funnel? Can you design pages in WordPress, Leadpages or Clickfunnels that convert?
Even better, do you love digesting funnels and figuring out how they could be performing better?
Bonus points if you love working to integrate an entire funnel together so that all of the tech works perfectly.
As a Web Designer/Funnel Hacker for Automate and Convert, you’ll be on the front line for 10-15 businesses as we work to create and optimize their marketing funnels.
What you might be doing today as a funnel hacker:
- Create an application form on a client website and integrate with their email system. They want to take applications for an upcoming program but need our help to make it happen. You’ll also want to help them to create the proper follow up and promote the application page
- Design (in WordPress or Clickfunnels, whatever the client prefers) a sales page for an upcoming product launch or landing page for lead generation. This is what our work looks like.
- Creating a one time webinar funnel focused on selling a product. Interface with the client to get the copy/etc – but you build the funnel and make sure it works! For example, they use GoToWebinar and Infusionsoft, so we need to get those two systems to talk, and we need to connect both of them with their landing page.
- A client wants to run Facebook ads – you’re going to help get them set up. Get them set up with an ad account (and install all their pixels, ‘cuz they haven’t done that yet). Create their first round of ads. You’re also going to immediately start some split tests. Create the pages custom in WordPress if that’s their thing, or use their LeadPages or Clickfunnels account.
- Updating a client slide deck in Adobe Indesign or Powerpoint, making changes at their request. If their needs are outside our design abilities, you’re going to interface with another agency.
- One of our clients has 13 sales pages (all duplicates of basically the same page). They changed something about their offer. We need to find all the pages and make the changes to get them consistent.
- Jump into a competition with me – we’ll both redesign (in Leadpages or similar) a new landing page for a client. . . and see who wins! You’ll set up the tech in VWO and track the results.

- Photoshop
Bonus Points if you know:
- CSS
- HTML
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowing how to run paid ads from start to finish (strategy and optimization)
What is the work environment like?
We are a completely virtual environment, which means you’ll be working from home. You’ll need to have your own workstation, reliable high speed internet connection and a reasonably professional setting. Otherwise, you can work from wherever you like.
This job will be full time, depending on the candidate.
