Automate & Convert
Fractional operations and marketing leadership for founder-led businesses
I've spent twenty years building and running businesses, my own and other people's. I came up through performance marketing before moving into the executive seat. For the last four years I ran the operational and marketing layer of a seven-figure education company. Before that, I was President of one of the most established names in direct response marketing. I'm available for a small number of engagements with founders who want senior operator capacity alongside them.
Operational Leadership
I hold the executive layer alongside the founder. Systems, team, launches, vendors, financials, and the infrastructure that makes all of it run.
AI Installs
Voice guides, tool adoption, executive assistant infrastructure, and agent pipelines that do the heavy lifting so a small team can produce at the scale of a much larger one. Always built on operational fundamentals, never in place of them.
Marketing leadership
Channel strategy, launch design, conversion architecture, customer journeys, and attribution. The job at this level is strategic direction, not hands-on configuration. I know what your business needs, I have the contacts who can build it, and I'll help you vet the right vendors. I built my career in marketing and never really left.
Strategic Partnership
Pricing, positioning, product roadmap, conversion diagnosis. I bring judgment, not just execution.
Who I Work With
Founder-led education, content, and expert-driven businesses, often with a community at the center. Typically between $500K and $5M in annual revenue. The founders I work best with want to stay focused on the vision, the teaching, and the customer relationship while someone else holds the executive layer with them.
Operational Leadership
A 30 to 50 percent lift in annual launch volume through the same team at Quantum Human Design. Christian Mickelsen's first $2 million dollar launch on systems built by Automate & Convert.

Meet David
I'm David Nadler. I've spent my entire life in Iowa. Born and raised here, schooled at Hoover High School and Drake University in Des Moines, and based today in Northwest Des Moines, where my parents, siblings, and four kids all still live in the state. For the last twenty years I've operated and built businesses, the last fifteen of them remotely from here, serving founders all over the country while keeping Iowa as home.
